SupportVeyra: Grovefall
Veyra: Grovefall is a single-player tower-defense game for iPhone and iPad, and it is a garden you grow rather than a wall you build. The campaign runs twelve handcrafted stages across four regions — the Dawn Canopy, the Moonwater Aqueducts, the Glassroot Wilds and the Eclipse Conservatory — each with its own layout, enemy mix and trick, and each region ending at a boss: the Warden of Dusk shields whatever walks beside it, the Tide Splitter shatters into a swarm the moment you kill it, the Rootveil Devourer dives under your fire and surfaces on the road you left open, and the Glass Regent changes what it resists every phase. Seven living towers, each with two upgrade branches, mean the same seven seeds build a different garden every time: Sunspike burns single targets, Thorn Choir covers ground, Winterbell freezes, Storm Orchid chains between the wet, Astral Mycelium weakens everything near it, Moonwell Prism drags burrowers into the light, and Emberroot Censer sets the soil alight. Elements react — freeze a Hollow and thorns shatter it, burn one that is already bleeding and its armor cracks, storms travel further through wet ground — and the Choirless Knights shrug off raw damage entirely, opening only to reactions. Three guardian abilities answer the moments that go wrong: drag a line to call the Solar Lance, tap to plant a Timegarden where the Hollow crawl and your towers quicken, or spend the Bloom Requiem to strike the whole field and heal the tree. After the campaign there is Endless Vigil, a seeded survival run with a boss every tenth wave, and a Daily Trial generated from the date — the same challenge for every player, entirely offline — plus two optional objectives and four medal tiers on every stage across three difficulties, twenty-one Memory Grove nodes to cultivate between battles, and a Field Guide covering every tower, ability, enemy, status and reaction. No ads, no in-app purchases, no account, no sign-up, and no network connection required. Every colour cue in combat has a shape behind it, so the information survives greyscale and Differentiate Without Colour, alongside reduced motion, reduced flashes, high-contrast status icons, adjustable camera shake and a VoiceOver layer laid over the battlefield itself. Nothing in the game is a stored picture or a recording: every tower, every Hollow and every note of the score is drawn or synthesised by the app while you play. Landscape. Requires iOS 18.
